To download the games right-click on one of the files above. Then left-click "Save Link As"... or "Save Target As...". Choose a destination for the file, e.g. My Documents. Click Save.
To open the file, open the folder where you saved the file, e.g. My Documents and double-click the downloaded file. The file will have the same name as you see above.

To download the games click on the name and hold the button for a few seconds. Click "Save As". Choose a destination for the file, e.g. Desktop. Click Save.
